It’s finally summer time. We are all anxious to break out of our normal routines and enjoy the weather. When deciding where and how to choose fruits and vegetables, you want to look for a location the sells the most fresh produce. These locations include farmer’s markets, local farms, and various grocery stores. When selecting the fruit or vegetable, make sure it is bruise-free and ripe. This allows you to get the most out of the product.

Enjoy these great tasting fruits and vegetables by adding them to your breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and pack them as a snack.
