Let’s face it, who has time to properly stretch and recover after a workout. Let Tocar Spa deal with keeping you limber and flexible with our stretching session. Your session includes a 45-minute full body stretch, rhythmic massage compressions, and vibration therapy. Our full body stretch session is provided fully clothed so you do not need to disrobe for this treatment, we do however we recommend that you wear loose or athletic fitting clothing.

Effects of not stretching:
Not stretching drastically reduces mobility in the joints and muscles, which increases your risk of injury—especially for runners, who constantly place stress on the muscles. A lack of stretching, especially when combined with activity can lead to a fatigue-induced soft tissue shortening over time. Every muscle is connected. Not stretching will only increase tightness in the body, allowing muscles to pull on joints, causing major pain.
