How often should I schedule my massage?
“A typical recommendation is to schedule your massage sessions at 4 -6 week intervals. To receive a more accurate scheduling suggestion please check with your therapist.”
Does massage hurt?
“After a vigorous massage session is it normal to feel slight tenderness, however soreness or pain is never the goal from our treatment sessions. The “no pain / no gain” approach is out of date.”
