Stephen Conti, President, and Founder of Tocar Spa, has been chosen as an inductee in the 2023 Hall of Fame- BIPOC Business of the Year by the Central Maryland Chamber.
Stephen Conti, President and Founder of Tocar Spa, won the first place prize in Howard County’s first “HoCo Higher: Accelerator Business” program in partnership with M&T Bank.
Stephen Conti, President, and Founder of Tocar Spa, was appointed to the Maryland State Board of Massage Therapy Examiners by the governor in the fall of 2021.
In addition to managing Tocar Spa and being a service provider, Stephen Conti is an instructor and member of The Maryland State Board of Massage Therapy Examiners.
